Senior Ifa Administrator

We are working with a very successful, independent financial planning practice in Aylesbury to recruit a Senior IFA Administrator. Our client is a boutique business who are at an exciting stage of growth, they have ambitious growth plans and are on track to double in size over the next few years.
As a Senior IFA Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the firms Directors and will ensure the smooth running of the Aylesbury office.
This will be a busy role working within a friendly & professional team, duties include:
- Managing and maintaining client records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date
- Processing new business and managing existing client accounts
- Liaising with clients and financial advisors to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Oversight/management for the Aylesbury office
To be considered you MUST have previous IFA Administration experience, individuals with IO/Intelligent Office experience would be preferred although this is not essential.
If you are a self-motivated, proactive individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and have a track record of success in a similar role, then we would love to hear from you. The client is offering a competitive basic salary to £40,000 + bonuses and company benefits. They offer full support for market exams and the genuine opportunity to progress into Office Management or technical positions as the company continues to grow.
