Are you eager to build a thriving career in the financial services industry?

MDG (Myers Davison Ginger Ltd) are offering a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team where innovation and professional growth go hand in hand.

About us

We are a well-established firm of Chartered Financial Planners with a bold vision: to build a modern financial planning practice powered by cutting-edge technology. Our collaborative approach connects financial services with professionals in family law and taxation to deliver holistic, long-term wealth management solutions.

We are also at the forefront of innovation, developing a software platform designed to transform professional alliances and modernise processes through AI-driven tools such as voice-activated dictation and automated meeting transcription.

Why this role is exciting?

This is more than an administrative role. It is an opportunity to grow with us as we redefine financial services. As part of our team, you will be central in creating a new paradigm for financial planning that effortlessly integrates technology, collaboration, and exceptional client service.

Who is our ideal candidate?

We are looking for a motivated individual with the right attitude and a willingness to embrace innovation.

You will:

Be eager to excel in the financial services industry and see it as the foundation for your professional career.
Have some experience in a trainee administrator or paraplanner role and understand the precision this industry demands.
Feel frustrated by a lack of clear career progression in your current position.
Be open to new ideas, including IT development and digital marketing, with strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Thrive both as a team player and working independently, with an appreciation for the social aspects of teamwork.
We offer:

A supportive and forward-thinking environment where your contributions matter.
Sponsorship for financial services qualifications to help you advance your career.
A fulfilling and dynamic role where no two days are the same.
Why work for us?

Imagine a workplace that combines the foundation of a trusted financial planning firm with the excitement of building a modern, tech-enabled practice. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service while using AI and other innovations to streamline workflows and drive growth.

Your role in our journey

As we expand our relationships with family law firms and tax advisers, your role will be essential in:

Ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Helping to generate national enquiries for our IFA services, contributing to our mission of delivering truly holistic wealth management solutions.
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, addressing queries, and ensuring they receive exceptional service at every stage.
Managing client files, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records to support financial planning processes.
Embracing and using cutting-edge tools, including voice-activated dictation and meeting transcription software, to streamline workflows.
If you are interested in this Financial Services Administrator position and believe you have the right skills to take on this role, please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining why you are the perfect fit for this position.
