Job Description
This role is an opportunity to grow with our client as they redefine financial services. As part of the team, you will be central in creating a new paradigm for financial planning that effortlessly integrates technology, collaboration, and exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction, helping to generate national enquiries for IFA services, and acting as the first point of contact for clients. You will also manage client files, process paperwork, and maintain accurate records to support financial planning processes. Embracing and using cutting-edge tools, including voice-activated dictation and meeting transcription software, to streamline workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to be eager to excel in the financial services industry and see it as the foundation for your professional career. You should have some experience in a trainee administrator or paraplanner role and understand the precision this industry demands. You will thrive both as a team player and working independently, with an appreciation for the social aspects of teamwork. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, are essential. Additionally, you should be open to new ideas, including IT development and digital marketing, and willing to learn and adapt to our innovative approach.
