Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Strategist to join our team at Paradigm Housing Group. As a key member of our Property Services Directorate, you will provide expert financial support and advice to help shape the future of social housing.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing timely, accurate financial reports on property repairs, compliance, and capital investments. You will also lead financial forecasting and support the annual budgeting process. Your expertise in financial analysis will enable you to provide actionable insights that drive better performance and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business partnering, with advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills are essential to deliver high-quality financial reporting and advice to both finance and non-finance teams.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and access to employee assistance programs.
