At CleverHR, we are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our boutique financial practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and delivering high-quality services to our clients.

About You

  • We are looking for a professional with a minimum of 3 years experience in the financial planning industry and a Diploma Level 4 qualification. Ideally, you will be working towards Chartered status.
  • You should have a positive attitude, proficiency in financial planning software, and knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain complex concepts to our clients and collaborate effectively with your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will deliver technical support to our clients, source external solutions, and draft advice on their behalf.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry news is crucial, and you will address client queries promptly while adhering to our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • In this role, you will also engage in mentoring, maintain product knowledge, and demonstrate attention to detail.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package, including opportunities for progression into an adviser role.
