Job Description

This role involves working under the guidance of teaching and senior staff, implementing work programmes with individuals or groups, lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting plans as necessary. The successful candidate will assist with developing and implementing individual education and personal care plans, attending to personal hygiene needs and administering medicines.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Senior Teaching Assistant with a minimum of three years' experience of working with children and young people who have special educational and complex needs. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, resilience, common sense, and a commitment to working as part of a team. A good working knowledge of ICT is also essential.
