**Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive**:

- Advising and supporting customers throughout their experience
- Aiming to achieve both personal and company performance targets

- Investigating and solving customer's problems, which may be complex
- Processing sales, calculating shipping costs, and keeping up to date with stock and promotions
- Designing customer's products to their specifications using our design and CAD software

**Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Executive**:

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Being computer literate is required
- Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential
- Good organisational and time management skills are required
- Experience working in a similar role or in Retail is advantageous
