We are seeking an experienced and skilled OFSTED Registered Manager to join our team at Executive Connect LTD. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day running of services, ensuring that high-quality support and life experiences are provided to service users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to support workers, senior support workers, and deputy managers to ensure that individual needs are met and services are delivered in accordance with Care Quality Commission regulations.
- Ensure that services are delivered in a way that promotes the six basic values of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfillment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that services are meeting quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure that services are aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- 2 years' experience as a children's home manager.
- Experience of going through an OFSTED inspection.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the management team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
