As a Payment Clerk you will support and report to Hiring Manager Stephen McSherry under Finance and Trust Analyst.
Duties
- Processing customer payments receipted on a daily basis.
- Carry out reconciliation on daily items processed and ensure accuracy of manual processing.
- File uploads across multiple systems.
- Back office and data entry.
- Admin duties.
About you
- Ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ideally placed for a school leaver, or someone just leaving full time education, who wants to gain experience in a real working environment.
- Experience potentially in an admin role.
- Understanding of Computing, Business Admin and a basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
