**Job Opportunity: Office Administrator/Planner**
**Position**: Office Administrator/Planner
**Location**: Progress Vehicle Management limited Atherstone CV9 1LG
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including one Saturday a month)
**Company Overview** Progress Vehicle Management limited is a dynamic and rapidly expanding company committed to providing top-notch services to our clients. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Administrator/Planner to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with clients to schedule delivery or collection of hire vehicles
- Plan efficient routes for drivers to optimize delivery and collection operations
- Update in-house transport system with relevant information
- Liaise with insurance inspectors regarding vehicle inspections
- Address and resolve driver queries and concerns
**Requirements**:
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
