Job Summary:
Responsible for the absence entitlements and adjustments. Ensuring correct forms
are completed and authorised.
- Be proactive.
- Be the point of contact for all those eligible for holiday.
- Oversee and coordinate all maternity and paternity leave.

- Maintain a travel register during the financial year for all hotel, flight, ferry and rail bookings.
- Ensure correct travel is booked for leave/graduation in a timely manner.
- Print the register for all bookings.
- Liaise with agencies as necessary.
- Be the point of contact for all railcard queries.
- Complete accountable documents.

Other duties
- To carry out monthly information and health checks.
- To attend and participate in training required for the role.
- Carry out additional tasks as required

- Be prepared to assist colleagues in a willing and positive manner including assisting with other

duties as required
- Be prepared to attend all relevant training sessions and meetings

8am - 5pm

Monday - Friday

£23,000 - £25,000

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
