Would suit someone from the Hospitality industry, administraion, sales and customer facing roles.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle resident enquiries, maintenence issues, and feedback.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and accounts.
- Provide accurate information about our rooms and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Producing sales and booking reports.

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Casual dress
- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 03/07/2023
