LTK Consultants Ltd is a leading Automotive Consultancy company specialising in multiple digital online platforms within industry leading manufacturers. We represent well known quality brands such as Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Vauxhall and Fiat.
We have a strong reputation for providing outstanding customer service. We are looking for someone to join our team who is who is self-motivated; enthusiastic about the automotive industry and passionate about a positive customer experience.
This role is ideal for an individual looking to make their first steps within the automotive industry or wants to progress within the sector.
**The Role**:
You will be the first point of contact for the customers who have expressed an initial interest on options available.
This role is a blended solution of sales and customer services, every lead presents an opportunity to convert into an appointment which will be transferred directly to the dealership.
Your bonus will be dependent upon achieving the following measures:
- Conversion
- Quality
- Activity output
**To be successful within this role you will need to**:
- Establish the customers’ needs by building a rapport and qualifying the customers’ requirements.
- To build an accurate profile of the customer which will enable the dealership to progress the enquiry forward
- Be able to identify opportunity and advise customer accordingly
- To assist them onto the next part of their journey to purchase their vehicle.
- Be a target driven individual and have a history of successfully hitting KPIs/SLAs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and schedule appointments for test drives
- You will need good literacy skills
You will undergo industry leading training which aligns to the curriculum of a dealership sales executive. You will report into a industry expert Manager with 15years+ experience within the sector. We have close relationship with our client who communicates up and coming events and launches to ensure we are best placed to achieve the KPI’s

**Hours and Shifts**
Full Time Hours available to cover a range of shifts covering 7 days a week.
