**Job Summary**
We are a fast growing E-Commerce business providing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu clothing and accessories globally.
The role of the Customer Experience Team is integral in providing our customers with speed and efficiency when dealing with order enquiries.
Working Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm with an option for overtime when required/ available.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers’ accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/ Customer Experience Team targets
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Great level of communication with clear verbal and written communication *GCSE in English required
- Being customer focused with an attention to detail
- Confidence to work within a close team as well as with other departments in the company
- Using a problem-solving mentality to achieve a right first-time outcome
- Conflict resolution
- Excellent personal and professional time management skills
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Basic level IT competency

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
