It’s an exciting time to join us in our new Learning and Development Team. Based out of our Head Office in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire the role is open hybrid working from Home and in the Office.

As our Training co-ordinator, you’ll have accountability for working directly with Managers assessing training requirements and where appropriate conducting training needs analysis within agreed timelines.

With a good understanding of different types of learning delivery methods, you’ll source and/or organise newly defined training as required by the business, either in-house or identifying external providers.

When required you will facilitate Learning interventions to recognised standards, yourself.

Monitoring the effectiveness of the courses, materials and e-learning you provide & organise will be key to the continual improvement of our standards and ensuring we meet business needs.

You’ll produce & analyse reports, metrics & dashboards on all training interventions to help define our L&D priorities and support budget management.

Demonstrating excellent IT skills and attention to detail you will have experience of working with learning management systems.

In this role you will be working in our HR Shared Services team where teamwork will be just as important as the ability to work unsupervised. On occasions you will need to work collaboratively to get the job done and a positive attitude and integrity will be equally essential.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Educated to A Level Standard or equivalent
- CPP (Certificate in Personnel Practice or 2021 People Practice) qualified and a genuine interest in HR & L&D as a career
- Ideally two years proven Training Co-ordination experience in a busy L&D environment
- IT proficient - experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRLMS a distinct advantage

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Working towards CIPD Level 5 in Organisational Learning and Development

**Experience**:
Previous experience with learning management systems

History working within a busy training / scheduling / events management style of environment which will show proven experience of time management

The role requires a positive, engaged individual with a "can-do" work ethos and who can demonstrate the flexibility required with undertaking ad-hoc tasks as required

High attention to detail is required as well as the ability to self-organise own workload.

Manufacturing and / or construction industry experience useful but not essential

Excellent planning, organising skills, with an ability to prioritise and juggle a busy workload and multi-task to ensure you deliver high quality outcomes.
