Our client, experts in the maintenance of fire safety systems is looking to add a Service Administrator to their team based in Grangemouth.

Some of the main responsibilities of this role include;
- Uploading engineers jobs on to the system, allocating jobs and liaising with engineers.
- Ordering parts, compile qoutes and deal with invoicing.
- Monitoring and updating client portals and uploading new client information.
- Compiling and issuing welcome packs.
- Chasing jobs through to completion to ensure they are being completed within relevant timescales.
- Assisting the credit control team with debt control.

Experience or working knowledge of Datadriven and Navision would be an advantage but training will be provided.

This position would suit someone with experience in a similar role or who has excellent administration experience.
