**Role Responsibilities**:

You will be working in the busy strategic matrix team, supporting with a variety of administrative functions aligned to the Civic Campus programmes and working with all departments across the Council.

You will work in a supported learning environment within a local government setting where you will develop the skills and knowledge required for a Business support apprentice by working alongside experienced council employees. You will also complete a Business Administration Level 3 qualification which will enhance your knowledge, skills, and abilities and help you progress in your future career.

You will need to:

- Be responsible for administration and coordination in delivery of the Civic Campus programmes / projects.
- Support effective and efficient governance across all workstreams within the Civic Campus programmes.
- Provide a high level of administrative and office support to the Head of Civic Campus Programme Delivery, and other workstream leads at all meetings which can include various Board meetings.
- Setting up of meetings and ensuring that essential paperwork is completed in line with requirements of the programme, engage with employees of all levels to ensure accurate records are obtained.
- Active reporting, minutes taking and the administration of the programmes document management system (Teams / SharePoint)
