Administrator, based in the Home Treatment Team at Royal Preston Hospital
Band 3 - 12 Months Fixed Term
37.5 hours per week, to be worked over a 7 day 8am-8pm Rota
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator, to work in the Home Treatment Team based at Royal Preston Hospital.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for the post of Administrator. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a challenging and emotionally demanding role. You must have proven knowledge of Administration procedures.
The Functions of the role are detailed in the job description, we are looking for an experienced administrator, with the ability to work on their own initiative to identify and resolve issues.
37.5 hours per week, to be worked over a 7 day 8am-8pm Rota basis, including evening and weekends
The role would be suitable for those with experience of service user contact, you should have an excellent telephone manner and a strong customer focus.
The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of the Band 2 members of the administration team, with responsibility for Supervision, Appraisals, Managing attendance and arranging cover during annual leave and sickness.
The post holder will be supported by the Locality Admin Lead and will work closely with clinical leads for the Home Treatment Team.
