We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Secretary Manager to join our team at Royal Preston Hospital. As a Medical Secretary, you will provide a professional and comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to support Consultants and Clinical Teams.

Main Duties
  • Represent the Head and Neck Speciality Business Unit, responding to external and internal telephone queries from staff, patients, and others.
  • Handle customer concerns either by telephone or in person, achieving immediate local resolution whenever possible.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in providing secretarial/administrative services. A good general education to GCSE standard or equivalent, along with secretarial qualifications, is essential.

The salary for this role is £26,530 - £29,114 per annum, pro rata. We offer a competitive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities, to ensure your continued growth and success within the organisation.
