Do you have extensive administrative or secretarial experience? Are you looking to work in the healthcare sector with NHS benefits? Primary Care 24 (PC24) are recruiting an Administration Assistant to work within our urgent and community care department.

You will work collaboratively with the full Urgent and Community Care leadership team to provide an accurate and effective administration support service. You will be able to work with mínimal supervision and expected to work flexibly providing a wide range of specific administration duties. The post holder will also be required to work flexibly across the week including during the Out of Hours period, to support the leadership team such as providing administration support to team meetings as required.

**Key responsibilities**
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing notes of meetings as required
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to teams across the Urgent and Community Care division, including diary management including an annual leave calendar on behalf of the Head of Service and Deputy Director of Operations, if required
- To be fully competent in the use of Rotamaster
- Collate information and data to produce reports and documents as required; some may be confidential and/or complex
- Responsible for organising and managing own workload ensuring deadlines are observed and duties performed efficiently
- Supporting with the HR administration for the Urgent and Community Care division, such as change of details, offer of employment, leavers form
- Translating data from multiple spreadsheets into reports

**About you**
- Educated to GCSE Level C in literacy and numeracy or equivalent
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with a wide variety of people
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office packages
- Experience of using electronic roster systems such as Rotamaster (Desirable)

**Hours**

37.5 hours per week, office based in Wavertree Technology Park, 9am to 5pm with one hour’s break.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,313.00-£23,856.00 per year
