Workforce Management Business Capabilities Lead

The Workforce Management team is responsible to lead Citi's transformation efforts around staffing and skill adequacy and organization design. It is an exciting time to join the team as we are newly formed and still in the building phase of developing the set of capabilities, processes and tools to analyse, forecast and plan for the future of the workforce. We are a global team with highly motivated colleagues.

This role reports to the Head of Workforce Management and is responsible for assisting with the overall administrative activities of the business and strengthening the execution of the Workforce Management vision and strategy by engaging teams inside and outside of the function in driving the change agenda.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a small team of business analysts who support key initiatives within the Workforce Management team.
- Partner with the Workforce Management leadership team to design the operating model and role and responsibility clarity across the function as it is designed.
- Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams.
- Responsible for all cross team administrative duties in conjunction with the team, including financial, staffing, KPI and quality related matters.
- Lead monthly operating reviews with the Workforce Management leadership team and ensure highlights feed into the Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition monthly operating reviews.
- Lead team culture and internal engagement and communications.
- Focus on establishing common 'ways of working' across the team.
- Execute vendor management activities, including ensuring legal requirements are met and coordinating contract negotiation and processing.
- Ensure headcount is accurate, real estate is inventoried and planned, and onboarding and termination of resources are managed.
- Prepare senior level presentations on the status of the function.
- Participate in and support ad-hoc projects as necessary across the team.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
- Management experience, preferably in a financial services role
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
