Business Architecture Capability Product Lead - SVP - London

What We do / The Team
The Product Management & Process Analytics team is responsible for the product management of the capabilities required to support the Business Architecture organization. These capabilities are essential to the rollout of the Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM) and cover several areas, including:
- the automation of the mapping of Risk Factors to the enterprise taxonomies.
- the delivery of key metrics demonstrating how Citi is simplifying and consolidating the application landscape.
- the rationalisation of reporting dashboards to streamline user experience and provision data from strategic sources.
- Introduce AI technologies to assist with the adoption of CEAM.
- The technology capability product management of these capabilities including the capture of requirements from stakeholders.
- The leading and designing of technical product strategies.
- The driving of Agile delivery methodologies with Technology partners.
- The coordinating or conducting of UAT testing (depending on the scenario) and providing sign-off.
- Relevant Product Management experience within the Financial Services, ideally within an Enterprise Architecture function.
- Experience of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders on complex and cross-functional projects.
- Deep understanding of all aspects of IT development, product management and program management to enable effective collaboration with partners from those disciplines.
- Experience in multiple areas of the financial services domain e.g., consumer, institutional, risk, compliance, and finance to facilitate effective communication with partners.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders including senior leadership.
- Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to take control of a situation when required.
