A fast paced, fun and rewarding role working within one of the largest departments in the company. The office coordinator role will oversee the day-to-day activities, handling of administrative tasks, data entry and assisting the managers in preparing reports.

**Location**: Pimlico, London

**Hours**: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

**Salary**: £

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing support to the Director/managers in the department by:

- Updating folders with weekly/monthly figures for the company/department.
- Producing lists for the teams of their valuations that didn’t take place.
- Producing a report daily for the valuations due to take place the follow day for re-confirmation.
- Producing daily call reports to the Client Research and Customer Care Managers to monitor performance and look for areas of improvement.
- Producing a list of buyers registered with our offices for customer care to call through to look for opportunities for the business and 3 rd party referrals.
- Monitoring and supplying data to CRT/CCT Director and managers regarding valuations, instructions, exchanges.
**- **Assisting with figure reporting on a daily/weekly and monthly basis for client research and customer care by:

- Looking at exchanged and let properties and updating workflow and accounts sheets.
- Checking lead quality from Rightmove, Zoopla and our own website.
- Monitor webchat figures and reporting.
- Assist data manager with information for the monthly marketing report.**:

- **Managing the building by carrying out tasks such as:

- Filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail.
- Liaising with facilities on jobs within the building.
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.

- Assisting the data manager with reports sent to 3 rd party companies by:

- Producing an up-to-date staff list for Dexter’s group for Capricorn.
- Acting as the liaison between third party and the data manager for figures.

**Skills/Requirements**
- Good Communicator able to work in a collaborative environment.
- IT Literate, including of MS Office Suite.
- Proactive and self-motivated at all times.
- Highly organized.
- Flexible.
- Able to work at a fast and efficient pace.
- To have a positive, “nothing is too much trouble” attitude.
- To be able to work well within a team and individually.
