Sales Administrator

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation
- Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in processing sales orders and maintaining accurate sales records
- Utilise Sage software for sales order processing and invoicing
- Maintain organised filing systems for sales documentation
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Utilise Microsoft Outlook and Excel for communication and data management
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the sales department
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Sage, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), and other office software
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach
- Strong administrative capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy
