As a Conveyancing Administration Specialist, you will join a small, dedicated team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd to provide exceptional administration services to support the buying, selling, and sub-letting of retirement apartments within our portfolio. Reporting to the Legal Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of administration relating to property sales, transfers, and rentals, including liaison with solicitors, internal stakeholders, homeowners, and their families, as well as maintaining accurate records and communicating with Land Registry.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator or Senior Administrator to develop their knowledge and expertise in this field. You'll demonstrate a passion for all things 'property' with proven administration and systems experience. A background in estate agency, mortgages, lettings, legal administration, or similar would be advantageous but not essential.
- You'll be an organised individual with excellent communication skills and a great eye for detail.
- You must be a team-player, flexible in your approach to work, with a willingness to observe, listen and learn, ready to take on new tasks and responsibilities within the team.
- You will work in a timely and efficient manner, managing a number of tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Your standard of English language and numeracy skills will be to a minimum of GCSE Level C / 5 and your experience of using MS Office applications, including Excel, ideally to intermediate level, is essential.
