Sales Administrator

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments, including managing calendars and schedules.
- Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
