**About The Role**:
Are you looking to start your career in HR?

We are recruiting for a HR Apprentice to join our team on a full time basis. The role will be based 4 days per week in our Tadworth office and 1 day per week in a local college (East Surrey College or Kingston College). You will be working towards your CIPD level 3 qualification to become a HR Advisor within our business. You will work with the people team to help underpin the information that you are learning on the course.

**Duties**:

- To work alongside the People Team to develop knowledge & experience
- Develop customer service skills to be a first point of contact for colleagues and managers
- To support the People Team with administration tasks i.e. letter writing, references etc.
- Updating documents & data within our systems
- Supporting with welfare meetings and occupational health referrals
- Notetaking for meetings
- Assisting with project work within the HR team
- Supporting the administration of the appraisal process

Skills required
- A desire to work in HR and work towards a qualification
- Can work using own initiative
- Good IT skills
- GCSE qualifications in maths & English would be an advantage
