This role isn't about humdrum, repetitive tasks, or restrictive limitations, to you, this role is about being a driving force, making things happen with mínimal red tape, and influencing the future. As People Partner you will drive the HR strategy within your business area, becoming a trusted sounding board and advisor.

We are looking for someone to is ready to embrace a challenge and take on a HR role which is visible, and closely aligned to the management team. You must demonstrate previous HR Partnering experience, ideally gained within a multi-site setting and be capable of working in a high change environment. You will have a creative approach to HR and thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions and embedding best practice.

**Your responsibilities will include...**:
Working with a team of talented individuals, you'll be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Company People Plan to enable the delivery of the business strategies. You'll also support HR activities such as employee engagement, organisational design and restructuring as well as developing plans for recruitment, training, restructuring, and succession planning, ensuring their successful implementation.

You’ll partner the management team within your business area to ensure their teams have the necessary skills and resources to achieve their objectives, coaching line managers on effective ways to motivate their employees. You'll also collaborate with colleagues to develop effective action plans to improve staff engagement and communication. Supporting early careers programs, you'll demonstrate the value of trainee, apprentice, and graduate schemes to the business. Lastly, you'll provide support and assist the ER team with any case work as requested.
