**Responsibilities**
- Assisting our customers with order/delivery discrepancies conducting a full investigation to a satisfactory resolution
- Payment processing, account reconciliation, sending regular statements and relaying information on account balances. Chasing overdue accounts
- Other duties include new partner account processing
- Special projects as assigned by manager

**Required Qualifications**
- Excellent customer service, including written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
- Standard computer skills required with functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work independently, and function within a team environment
- Ability to understand how to use multiple internet-based systems/platforms
- Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent follow up skills

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce
- Experience in the Consumer Electronics industry
- Multi language speaker would be advantageous
