**Your responsibilities will include...**:
Working with a team of talented individuals, you'll be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Company People Plan to support the delivery of the business strategies. You'll also support HR activities such as reviews of terms and conditions, consultations, and restructuring/change programs as well as develop plans for recruitment, training, restructuring, and succession planning, ensuring their successful implementation.

Your role will also involve working with management to ensure employees have the necessary skills and resources to achieve their objectives, coach line managers on effective ways to motivate their employees and lead more effectively. You'll also collaborate with colleagues to develop effective action plans to improve staff engagement and communication. Supporting early careers programs, you'll demonstrate the value of trainee, apprentice, and graduate schemes to the business. Lastly, you'll provide support and assist the ER team with any case work as requested.
