**The Role**

You will be closely working with Head Estates, both Regional Property Managers (RPMs) and Helpdesk Supervisor to assist and co-ordinate effective administration of the Trust’s property portfolio and associated assets. To manage the operation of all Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM). To also provide appropriate technical and commercial infrastructure advice whilst co-ordinating provision of professional administrative support to Head Estates and the RPMs. You will act as the E&P focal point for all Concerto PPM related maintenance and development activities.

**Main Responsibilities: (but not limited to)**
- Fully support the Helpdesk team in accordance with emerging requirements and Trust policy, developing PPM process and administration in-line with changes to the portfolio.
- Maintain, develop and update the E&P CAFM system (Concerto)
- Develop, Produce and Manage reports and Concerto dashboards to review and monitor performance against service levels, contracts and works progress, providing reports which support the wider team, enabling E&P to deliver operational excellence
- Provide appropriate technical appraisals for all PPM activities; check completed works documentation and allocate resulting tasks to ensure that compliance data is current and accurately recorded
- Manage the raising of works orders for Reactive and PPM tasks within you and your team’s delegated authority
- Constantly raise the standard and quality of works, benchmarking against best practice.

**About You**
- Experience in operating a Property Helpdesk Team managing PPM and reactive tasks
- Experienced in CAFM system operation and maintenance including reporting and dashboards
- IOSH qualification
- Accurate and logical approach to data
- Good IT skills using Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet specified deadlines and good report writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, both oral and written
