European Trailer Services Ltd are a transport haulage company & are seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our team based in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire.

Job Duties
- Preparing bookings for outgoing shipments.
- Regularly monitoring shipment delivery dates & collections in both Europe & UK
- Arranging collections & deliveries in collaboration with our European & domestic partners.
- Liaising with our customers to coordinate logistics & delivery timelines.
- Accurately creating import shipments on our in-house database Multifreight.
- Supporting our accounts team to ensure shipment sales & costs are accurately inputted.
- Sending the required shipping & delivery documents to our European & UK partners
- Preparing & recording shipment paperwork & obtaining crucial documents from our suppliers.
- Completing a selection of company purchase invoices
- Providing cover & assisting with other duties with the Accounts Department when required

Answering & responding effectively to telephone calls from our customers & suppliers

**Qualifications**:

- Basic English & Maths skills
- Excellent communications skills to communicate with our UK & European Partners
- Evidence of efficient problem solving
- An ability to organise workload effectively for our busy schedule
- Microsoft Office competent

Desired
- Experience with our system Multifreight
- Experience in a logistics environment
- A knowledge of finance tasks in a previous environment

Work Schedule & company benefits

Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week plus one hour lunch break
- Holidays - 29 days (including public holidays)

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
