Sales & Customer Service Administrator

AS Controls Ltd is a rapidly growing business based in Market Deeping. We specialise in the supply of Complete Control Stations and Cable Management Systems for a range of industries including Offshore, the Steel industry, Ports, Nuclear and many more diverse industries.
**Main Responsibilities / Duties of the Job**:
- Answer incoming sales and customer service calls, acting as the first point of contact
- Making outbound customer calls to maintain and grow existing relationships.
- Accurately updating our Salesforce CRM system
- Upsell products and spare parts to customers
- Following up customer leads and making outbound calls to previous customers
- General admin relating to customer enquiries
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as required
**Hours**
09.00 - 16.00.

**Qualifications and Experience**
**Essential**
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
- Able to demonstrate careful attention to detail and accuracy
- Good ICT skills including use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
**Desirable**
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Experience of using a CRM database
