**The Role**
We are looking for an experienced sales administrator who is an excellent communicator and is highly organised and flexible. This role is to complete day-to-day administrative duties and to work closely with our Business Support Manager and the wider team to ensure we deliver end-to-end customer service excellence.
**The Duties**
- Administration - to complete tasks that ensure projects run smoothly including raising quotations, processing sales orders, raising delivery notes, receipting goods in, and liaising with the logistics team.
- Stock control and order processing - maintaining up to date and accurate stock levels within the business through our logistics and supply chain software.
- Working closely with the production and warehouse teams to ensure communication is clear and projects run smoothly and to deadlines
- Scheduling deliveries and after care services for our customers
- Paperwork - filing, scanning, and shredding.
- Customer service - keep customers updated about their projects, answering queries, and delivering after sales support.
**Qualities & Skills Required**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in working in administrative office roles, with the ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to deadlines.
- Comfortable with working with stock control and order software (training on specifics will be given). Experience of Orderwise is desirable.
- High level of organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage your time well, juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- Self-starter, able to understand a brief and self-manage.
- Minimum 4 x GCSE at Grade C or above including maths and English.
