**The Role**
As our Sales Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every customer's experience with Hera Beauty is exceptional. Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of sales operations, including technical support, invoicing, sales administration, and top-notch customer service. You'll work closely with our sales team to streamline processes and systems, making the sales process as smooth as possible.
**In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will**:
**Support the Sales Team**: Provide essential administrative and technical support to our dedicated sales team, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
**Efficient Order Processing**: Process orders and quotes promptly, leaving no room for delay in delivering our exceptional products.
**Exceeding Customer Expectations**: Address after-sales queries, exploring opportunities for upselling, and handling any service issues, complaints, or shipping queries with grace and professionalism.
**Precise Invoicing**: Accurately invoice customers and maintain impeccable sales records to guarantee financial integrity.
**Creative Collaboration**: Assist with label and carton design coordination and support new business initiatives.
**Optimizing Sales Processes**: Contribute to building Bill of Materials (BOM) for sales orders, manage all e-commerce orders, and maintain price files and system updates for our products.
**Meticulous Organization**: Oversee customer free issue materials and storage fees, all while preparing comprehensive sales service reporting (KPI) for continuous improvement.
**Meeting Targets**: Contribute to the achievement of monthly sales targets, helping Hera Beauty reach new heights.
