Sales Administrator

Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Sycamore BMW and Mini team as an experienced Sales Administrator within our Peterborough branch.
You will provide administrative support to the sales department, ensuring accurate processing of new and used sales orders, workshop bookings, warranty updates and vehicle registration, working closely with the Sales Management team to process sales in line with company policy.
**Key job responsibilities**:
- Complete all pre-delivery related administration ensuring vehicles are invoiced, taxed, warranty registered and paid prior to delivery
- Book sold units with workshop for work required/parts to be ordered etc
- Provide support to the Sales Team with general queries and by attending sales meetings
- Keep stock records/spreadsheets and delivery spreadsheets updated for use by sales team
- Download and process consignment notes/credit notes etc from BMW UK facility on a daily basis
- Manage the funding of new/used stock
- Collate information to assist with commission payments, YTD targets and registration payments
**Key Success Criteria**:
- Accuracy and timeliness of invoicing, vehicle registration etc
- Pro-active, highly organised and able to work on own initiative
- A variety of administration skills including multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly
- Experience of DMS systems, RAV and stocking plans desirable
We offer a very competitive package, including a £24,000 basic salary, annual performance bonus and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
