**Finance Administrator** based at **The Range Rover Studio Solihull **but willing to travel to other sites as and when the business requires.

The successful applicant will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Limited which is a resource management company with a long term agreement to provide resource to JLR.

**The successful applicant will have to adhere and sign to JLR Policy Letter 3, Standards of Corporate Conduct.**

**Department**

JLRE Venues are a Global function promoting customer experiences in the Jaguar Land Rover brand. ‘The Range Rover Studio is a venue within the JLRE Group dedicated to hosting clients of Range Rover, VIPs and dignitaries, with the primary function of supporting vehicle collections from the Solihull factory.

The position has a split reporting line into the Venue Manager and the JLRE Finance Manager and is responsible, primarily for all finance reporting and administration of the Range Rover Studio function.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

Operational management of all Range Rover Studio financial matters including:

- Responsible for end of month reconciliation for financial charging to retailers and the National Sales Company.
- Reviewing of accessory charges against invoicing.
- Building the end of month finance journal every month including cross charges.
- Daily management of the merchandise outlet on site, including sales through the ePOS system, payments, end of day reconciliation of sales reports and stock management.
- All venue expense management and processing.
- Raising purchase orders for suppliers and tracking expenditure
- Collating all client and venue metrics on a monthly basis for the departmental scorecard.
- Managing all incoming cost inventory, including variable fuel & accessory charges.
- Support with budget approval, financial justification and audit process.
- Responsible for regular checks on authority levels within Citibank Purchase Card Expenditure Tracker.
- Support Finance Manager with all month-end financial reconciliation for JLRE.
- Supporting the venue management in measuring and reporting departmental performance against cost and revenue targets - Close control of budgets and assets.
- Clear reporting of business performance with identification of opportunities and risks.
- Responsible for end of month Merchandise reporting through EPOS NOW, working with the Merchandise Coordinator on P&L from stock to sale to remaining value.
- Supporting relationships with key financial stakeholder, finance and accounts personnel within JLR, Retailers and JLR internal areas as well as external suppliers.
- Responsible for the cash allocations within Venues and reporting off.
- Responsible for the completion and tracking through the Teams PO tracker for all JLRE purchase requisitions.
- Actioning all audit recommendations to the satisfaction of key management stakeholders.
- Responsible for all Lyreco orders and reporting.
- Supporting performance improvements when identified, process updates and reviews.
- Provide holiday cover for the JLRE Finance Administrator.

- Excellent analytical skills - Ability to analyse information and spot trends
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to develop and propose business improvements
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Self-motivating, and a team player, with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Travel between sites may be required.

**Salary**: £24,477.00 per year
