We currently have a vacancy for a **Client Finance Administrator** to come and join our amazing team. **Your role and responsibilities**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Invoice Auditing: Carefully review and audit veterinary service invoices for accuracy and compliance with established billing guidelines, fee schedules, and drug calculations.
- Data Verification: Cross-check information such as service and product codes, pricing, and patient details to ensure that all billing data is complete, consistent, and error-free.
- Billing Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing-related issues promptly and professionally, liaising with relevant stakeholders, including clinicians, administration staff, and clients, as needed.
- Credit Control: Liaising with clients and stakeholders, responding to queries to ensure the efficient management and collection on debt and monies owed.
- Account Management: Reconciling accounts, processing payments and invoices.
- Adherence to Vision and Values: Embrace and embody the Willows Vision by consistently delivering excellence in all aspects of clinical, patient, client, referring vet, and team experience.
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology, procedures, and billing codes is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in using billing software and financial systems, with excellent computer literacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

**Working pattern**
**Mon - Friday (9am-5pm)**
