At V12 Vehicle Finance we offer a multitude of financial services career pathways, beginning in the heart of the business; our customer services team. Here you will get to know the inner workings of Vehicle Finance whilst undertaking daily asset and customer related administrative activities. From here you can discover various specialisms and plan which career path you wish to follow from Underwriting and Fraud Prevention to Specialist Customer Support, account management and much more.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Dealing with daily asset related tasks including HPI management covering Keeper Change enquiries, Dual Interest, Cherished Plate, Insurance write-off and other vehicle alerts
- Servicing customer agreements: transactions and adjustments, payment allocation and refunds
- Actioning customer requests for copies of documentation or correspondence
- Reviewing credit bureau enquiries
- Reviewing daily/weekly exception reporting and taking appropriate action
- Update customer agreement records as necessary
- Outbound customer and third party contact as required

- Experience working in motor finance industry
- Attention to detail, accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Administration skills
- Organized and able to priortise workload
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Competent with Microsoft Office
