With over 30 years’ experience within Residential Sales and Lettings, this privately owned Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their vibrant Lettings and Property Management team.

With 3 busy offices in NW London, this company is continuing to expand and would love someone to join who can continue to grow with them.

The Lettings Administrator will be responsible for all administrative task relating to the lettings department, whilst also assisiting the Property Managers too. Responsibilities include: Booking property viewings, ordering EPC, Photos & Floorplans, producing property details brochures, chasing Terms, AML and references and reporting on outstanding compliance certificates and rents (amongst other duties).

The successful Lettings Administrator will:

- Have at least 12 months Lettings Administration experience within an Estate Agency, including exposure to Property Management.
- Commit to providing the highest level of customer service
- Have exceptional organizational, time management and prioritising skills
- Possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office package

Working hours: 5 days per week 9.00am - 5.30pm.
