Your Journey Begins:
As a vital member of our team, your responsibilities encompass various tasks, including:
Skillfully managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers ensnared in home emergencies (no cold calls).
Efficiently coordinating engineer appointments to promptly resolve issues.
Leading the procession of repair progress and subsequent appointments.
As you progress, you'll also navigate intricate claims, delving into the complexities of individual insurance policy coverage and intricate quotation calculations.
