Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Manage order confirmation processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Liaise with carriers to arrange collection of goods, ensuring efficient and cost-effective logistics
  • Generate and maintain accurate paperwork, including transport logs and purchase orders
  • Process and issue purchase orders, ensuring timely payment to suppliers
  • Chase suppliers for outstanding orders, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Research and identify new products and suppliers, negotiating prices and agreeing contracts
  • Assess tenders from potential suppliers, ensuring best value for the company
  • Match and code sales invoices, ensuring accurate financial records
  • Release supplier invoices for payment, ensuring timely payment

Requirements
