Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Apprenticeship Trainer

Zenith People LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Customer Service Apprenticeship Trainer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver High-Quality Training: Provide excellent teaching and learning sessions for Level 2 and 3 Customer Service and Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship standards, both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Manage Learner Progress: Monitor learner progress to ensure learning continues and learners achieve in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Employers: Liaise with employers (where needed) on the development of training programmes to satisfy employer requirements and add value to learners.
  • Support Business Performance: Support the achievement of KPI's, business performance, and contractual targets for learner retention and success rates.
  • Provide Feedback: Provide thorough feedback to employers and learners during reviews on progress.
