Job Title: Management Apprenticeship Trainer

Zenith People is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Apprenticeship Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to apprentices, ensuring they achieve their goals and develop the skills needed to succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions for Level 3 and Level 5 apprenticeship standards, using a range of teaching methods and resources.
  2. Manage a caseload of learners, providing regular progress updates and support to ensure timely achievements and progression.
  3. Work closely with employers to develop training programmes that meet their needs and add value to learners.
  4. Monitor learner progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address any gaps in knowledge or skills.
  5. Contribute to the development of new training materials and resources, ensuring they are aligned with awarding body requirements and industry standards.
  6. Provide feedback to learners and employers on progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
  7. Collaborate with the Quality and Compliance Team to ensure all training programmes are delivered to a high standard, meeting contractual deadlines and stakeholder requirements.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, awarding body requirements, and Ofsted guidelines, ensuring all training is delivered in line with best practice.
  9. Participate in IQA activities, ensuring all assessments are conducted to a high standard and in line with IQA standards.
  10. Provide impartial advice and guidance to learners, supporting their progression and career development.
  11. Promote Safeguarding, Prevent, British Values, Maths, and English in all training sessions.
  12. Monitor and record equality and diversity issues, ensuring all training is delivered in a fair and inclusive manner.
  13. Deliver additional support and resources to learners as needed, ensuring they have the best chance of success.
  14. Track and record learner progress, providing accurate and reliable information on predicted achievement and success rates.
  15. Contribute to external audits and evaluations, ensuring all training programmes meet stakeholder requirements.
  16. Stay up-to-date with all programmes, including apprenticeships, commercial offers, and recruitment services, ensuring all training is delivered in line with company policies and procedures.
  17. Provide a high level of customer service to all learners and stakeholders, ensuring all interactions are professional and courteous.

Requirements:

  • Hold a full teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, PCET, or DTLLS.
  • Have experience delivering vocational qualifications to groups of learners and individuals from a range of backgrounds.
  • Hold a Recognised Assessor award, such as D32/D33, A1, TAQA, or CAVA.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Have experience working unsupervised and using own initiative.
  • Have experience of online learning and assessment platforms.
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence and be flexible with travel.
