Job Title: Management Apprenticeship Trainer

At Zenith People, we are seeking an experienced Management Apprenticeship Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to apprentices, ensuring they achieve their learning objectives and develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver training sessions for Level 3 and Level 5 apprenticeship standards, using a range of teaching methods to engage learners and meet their individual needs.
  2. Prepare and deliver training materials, including lesson plans, resources, and assessments, to ensure learners meet the required standards.
  3. Monitor learner progress, providing feedback and guidance to support their development and achievement.
  4. Work closely with employers to ensure training programs meet their needs and add value to their businesses.
  5. Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials, ensuring they are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  6. Participate in quality assurance activities, including observations, reviews, and audits, to ensure high-quality training delivery.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to learners, employers, and other stakeholders, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualification, such as PGCE, PCET, or DTLLS.
  • Experience of delivering vocational qualifications to groups of learners and individuals from a range of backgrounds.
  • Substantial occupational competence in a relevant area, such as management, leadership, or coaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with learners, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to travel.
