**Basic Salary of up to £21,500 per annum**

**Requirements of a Customer Service Executive**
Fantastic telephone manner with a real passion for customer service
Proactive approach with the ability to manage and prioritize own workloads
Professional attitude
Confident user of computer systems and following processes and procedures
An eye for detail
**Responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive**
Providing support and guidance to customers over the phone
Update and liaise with third parties such as answering queries from insurers
Accurately submit the information gathered and update systems
Prepare and send customer documentation
Champion and drive a strong culture of compliance and regulatory principles
Part time - 20 hrs per week
12.00 - 17.00 Wednesday
09.00 - 17.00 Thursday and Friday
