**Job Purpose**:
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data to manage operational and performance within the Control Tower team.
**What you’ll get to work on**:
- Managing a team to ensure the provision of a performance orientated, cost effective, customer focused service
- Providing direction to the team during resilience events (Business Continuity / Incident Management) whilst demonstrating control and adherence to process
- Working within and promoting the philosophy of safe team working
- Ensuring the operational plans are created accurately as per the designs from the Technical Planners
- Responding to and managing queries and escalations ensuring accurate advice and guidance is consistently applied
- Monitoring team performance and coaching individuals to support continuous improvement
- Escalating any plan deviations so as not to break customer promises
**Who are we looking for**:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- High level knowledge of core IS system
- Able to work with Internal and External stakeholders effectively
- Great communication skills
- Highly motivated to drive change and implement new initiative ways of working
- Able to work different work patterns to support business needs
- Someone that can lead a small team and drive performance improvement
