As a team leader at Pennbury Farm, your main responsibility is to assist the General manager/assistant manager with daily duties to ensure efficient running of the café. You will be responsible in assisting with the daily running of the café, to include leading the team by example, maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, possessing excellent customer service skills & be able to work as part of a team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
v Assist with inventory and keeping control of stock.

v Ensuring strict adherence to food hygiene and health and safety regulations.

v Liaising with the chefs and our kitchen team

v Opening and closing of the café to a high standard

v Complaint Handling

v Dealing with customers and suppliers

v Serving customers on the tills

v Support with delegating daily tasks to the front of house team to ensure the efficient running of the cafe.

Excellent communication skills, experienced in supporting and motivating a successful team.

You will be well organised, with experience of supporting your Manager to offer excellent customer service.

v Restaurant/Café Experience - 2 Years (Essential)

v Previous Team leader/supervisory experience **- **1 Year (desirable)

v Level 2 food hygiene & safety (desirable)

v Level 2 allergen awareness (desirable)

v Communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.60 per hour
