Job Title: Team Leader

Maximus UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service advisors in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone and online channels
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service advisors to achieve high levels of performance and quality
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including data protection and quality management
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a contact centre environment
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve high levels of performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve service delivery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Good standard of education, with a degree or equivalent experience
