Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Safety Team Leader to join our team. As a Food Safety Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained throughout our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained throughout our production processes.
  • Develop and implement effective food safety and quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of food safety and quality initiatives.
  • Champion health and safety within the team and ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with health and safety policies and procedures.
